      Rough feeling Fabric

      I ordered this expecting it to feel beautiful & soft being velvet & cotton, instead it was extremely poor quality velvet, it had a crisp feel to it, and the reverse cotton side felt & looked like sack material, same colour as a sack as well! So I haven't even unpacked it & it is going straight back, I purchased another bedspread before this one & it's lovely, soft & feels cosy so not sure why this one is of a totally different quality?
