    Poor quality appalling customer service

    The worst customer service I've experienced with an online retailer. Terrible quality of goods. Would never use ever again.

    I ordered bedding in November. The items took far longer to arrive that originally noted. When they arrived the quality was poor and one item extremely damaged with a large hole in it therefore I filled out the online returns link and sent them back. La Redoute refused to refund me for a number of items returned and has failed to respond to my countless emails over the past month asking for help.

    I now need to dispute the charge with my credit card company to retrieve my money.

    Appalling customer service and item quality. Never use this retailer.

    Quite happy with these sheets

    I have these sheets in a variety of colours (from a huge choice).

    They are excellent for the price in the sale.

    They fit in length and width but I would like the elasticated edge to fit right under the mattress, not just reach the bottom edge.

    Overpriced cheap cotton

    The material is not even 200 thread, which would be very basic but will ensure certain quality.

    Again, bigger than UK Kingsize mattress

    I bought the cover in this collection which also runs large. Sheet is actually 10cm wider than a UK king, which runs at 150cm. Again, measurements were clearly displayed on website but I wasn’t fully aware that the sizes weren’t based on UK standard. I’ll get some of those elastic clip things to keep it tight, and always prefer too big than too small!

    Bought two of these in chalk, a subtle, pleasing colour, playing well with other whites and creams. It didn’t feel soft straight out of the packet but washed so beautifully. Great value and really happy with the quality.

    Great colour and material!

    I wasn't sure how it was gonna come out but I am very happy with my purchase. The colour is exactly as described, very nice green. It is also very soft and comfortable. I definitely recommend.
