You can see the middle seam through the clothing.

I bought a Medium, my usual size. It takes quite a bit of work to get it fastened, but it does seem to pull that tummy in tight. I haven't yet worn it anywhere; planning to wear it under a dressy dress. It reminds me of my mother's girdle in the 1960s :) Never thought I'd need one, but here we are!

Very uncomfortable

I bought this for compression post abdominal surgery. It might have seemed small at first but it does stretch out. I have a very small waist 29 in but I needed a longer one that also covered across my broad hips / pelvis which are 39 inches. It's longer than my one I had for 25 years. It is made cheaper, looser weave and stretched out and even some of the fibers broke through. As you can see from the pictures and the old one the weave is Tighter and stronger.

Tried to buy based off of the chart sizing. Nowhere close to fastening. Product seems to be good quality but you have to buy much larger sizes than you think you do.

Very comfortable and easy to put on. The smooth fabric slides on very easily. No bulky feeling and it gives a nice smooth silhouette.

Good fit

This cincher does moderate job of flattening out your belly. But don't expect to suddenly get an hourglass figure. Unlike some reviewers, I found the sizing accurate. It was comfortable for me. Overall, I like it and will consider purchasing another in a different color.
