      Did not fit, returned and la Redoute not refund

      La redoute are not responding to my emails. Item returned with label in the parcel bag and now la redoute are not responding or no sign of refund. I want me £122.80 refund. It’s a lot of money. I have returned my end and even provided the tracking code to la redoute but no response. Boots were very stiff and very large fitting.
