      Very Poor piece of Furniture

      Do not buy this piece of Furniture. It’s so badly made. 2 x main things. The Drawer Runners. When screwing into side of Drawer, no pre-drilled holes, so screw directly into wood, causing splitting. Secondly - the bottom front panel, does not tighten so whole unit is loose, causing the drawers-to fall out of runners. But have to say customer service were fantastic sorting out the return.

      Drawers look lovely but not great quality

      They look lovely fit in the space perfectly. But the bottoms fall out easily. Feels really flimsy and poor quality..bit disappointed really

      Terrible quality - fixings do not lock in place

      Ordered 2 x the plain wood style as we wanted to stain them.

      We are well used to a bit of DIY and ikea furniture, so expected this to be of the same ilk. The fixings for the joints do not hold (they don’t “lock” in place), so with the slightest movement, they loosen and fall apart. The drawers especially are hopeless. Have spoken to customer service who suggested we should find new fixings and they will refund the fixing cost. This doesn’t cover massive amount of time wasted trying to build and have been to Homebase and B&Q already with no luck. A massive waste of our time - of which we have little to spare at the moment.

      So, advice would be - be prepared for an excessive amount of time to build and also time to buy other fixings if you want these drawers to work….

Looking at your photos, we can see that the metal stud is not fully screwed into the plastic insert. We therefore advise you to screw these studs onto the entire thread. This will help to ensure that the product is sturdy.

      Took long to assemble and some parts are damaged

      Please with the chest of drawers but it was a long process to assemble as the instructions are not very precise. Also, we discovered that there are some slight damages on the wood and it shows on white paint.

      Looks Great

      Thus is a very nice cabinet and is perfect for what I was looking for. My only criticism is the instructions are not very clear and were not necessarily 100% correct. Also the paint finish was not as good as it could have been and marks very easily. So, looks great, does the job, but for the price, I'd expect a far better finish to the paint.

      Not great.

      I bought this based on the description. The word 'solid' enticed me to choose this when furnishing our holiday home. When it finally arrived - it took a long time, i realised that there was too much fibre board - and it was too flimsy to warrant the price i paid, even with the discount. I have noticed it has been reduced since i returned it. Don't buy.
