    Care Advice
     •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
     •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
     •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
     •  Dry clean recommended.

      Rug is larger than the given measurements

      Had to return rug as the fringe is around 7 inches in length which is not included in the given measurements. Rug didn’t fit the space, also quite thin for the price

      looks good but poor quality

      It looks good but the quality is poor. We were expecting it to be thicker & softer underfoot. The weave is far apart which leaves the rug with spaces & feeling hard. We put a thick underlay underneath which stops it from moving about & gives some cushioning & will probably keep as returning it is proving difficult.

      Beautiful rug

      Great colour, brightens up our otherwise ‘dark’ lounge. I noted someone else had written that the fringes actually make the rug bigger than specified, which they do, adding c40cm to the length of the 160x230 rug which works well for us. Very Soft rug, definitely needs the ‘non slip’ adding if on a hard floor. Beautiful rug - adds warmth, light & a bit of glamour to the room. I did get it at a sale price - 35% off makes it better value for money.

      Sizes are not accurate.

      So if you buy a rug based on its size because you have a specific space to find that the rug measurements given online do not include the fringes ends is frustrating in the extreme. We double and triple checked the information and sizes had no further clarification. The rug had fringes that added a further 7 to 8 inches. No good and of course as we are buying on line at the moment the hassle around returns and refunds begins.

      Rug was nice which made it all the more frustrating.

      Love this rug

      This is a great rug. Looks expensive and really soft on the feet. It brightens the room and adds a luxurious feel. I bought when on promotion so even better value for money.
