      Need a differemt courier!

My neighbour has delivered my parcel which she found lying outside of our block of flats in the pouring rain. Looking at my account on your page the last update is dispatched 31/8 - I was not informed they were dispatched, neither was there any indication my towels were out for delivery and had been delivered (in a dreadful way) Until a few minutes ago I was still under the impression they were in transit from France! The towels look fine and I did get them at a very good price but this experience has not enticed me to think of ordering from you again.

Response from La Redoute , 11/09/2026

Hi Johanna, I am really sorry to hear about the delivery issues you have encountered with your most recent order. I have gone ahead and raised this with the team at EVRI, and asked for this to be investigated further on their end. I have also sent you an email regarding this. Thanks

Good sheet, could be a bit thicker

Nice to get 120cm sheets in a choice of colours; and 100% cotton was very important to me. After first wash the colour and softness is good. I was disappointed on the thickness, I could see through the material easily.

      Nice colour

Bought these towels a few weeks ago. The material feels quite nice and I am very pleased with the colours. I have washed them and dried in tumble dryer and no issues there. I would buy again.
