Important update

Returns
We’re currently experiencing some delays with processing returns in our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be credited, even if your parcel states returned on the Evri return tracking. We’ll send you an email as soon as we credit your returned items. You can also check to see if your items have been credited by visiting My Returns in My Account.

If it has been more than 14 days, we will need your proof of return. This should either be a 16 digit tracking number or an 8 digit code. Please also include the reference number and description of the items that have been returned.
