      100% should not state has a cooling function.

      I bought this due to it saying it also had a cold function down to 15degrees. Whilst it does indeed go to that temperature it is about as fan like as mouse blowing at you. I cannot comment on the heat function but as it is the heat model I assume it is good, just don't buy for the cooling element!
