Rechargeable / Cordless Food Chopper, grey, MORPHY RICHARDS

This Morphy Richards 3-in-1 mini chopper is very easy to use and clean. There are a variety of chopping discs and blade. It chops vegetables effortlessly. I was hoping it would be able to chop a bit chunkier, but it is excellent for making coleslaw for example. The longer you press it down for, the finer the chop. It is a little bulky to have out all the time in a smaller kitchen, so check the measurements before you buy, because I wouldn't call it mini. As you can see from my video, it is super easy to use. It is rechargeable and the charge lasts ages (I've yet to recharge mine). It would be great for chopping veg for soup.

Oh my god I'm in heaven with this multifunction food chopper, so easy to use just choose what your using select the type gadget lid on top on n press and it's finely chopped every thing, I'm making my own dog biscuits so this machine is just what I needed everything is so easy to clean rodent take up any space, and what's good it's a USB charger so even better

I’m genuinely impressed with this product. Although it looks compact, it performs extremely well and is actually a very practical size compared with other similar gadgets I’ve used in the past. It feels well made and powerful enough to handle a range of everyday kitchen jobs without any struggle.

So far I’ve used it for whipping cream, making homemade pesto, preparing a delicious sofrito for my Caribbean recipes, and bulk chopping fresh herbs to freeze for later use. It works quickly and consistently, saving a lot of prep time, especially when cooking in batches.

Another thing I really like is how easy it is to clean. The parts fit neatly in the dishwasher, which makes life much easier after cooking. It also stores away nicely in the cupboard without taking up much space, which is perfect if you don’t want lots of bulky appliances on the counter.

Overall, this is a brilliant little gadget that offers excellent performance for the price. It’s practical, efficient, and surprisingly versatile. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable kitchen helper that doesn’t cost a fortune.

Absolutely obsessed with this mini chopper i am so glad I got picked for this it came at the right time exactly when I moved house and needed new kitchen gadgets! I was looking to get a chopper and I was thinking to get those manual ones but then I got this one in time and its a Absolute Dream! It chops and does everything it claims, safe to use easy to clean and store and looks so aesthetically pleasing on the counter top! Guys please dont sleep on it you wont regret it.

I have a small kitchen and therefore smaller appliances are ideal for me. This chopper is great, it has great power, especially for a wireless device, and is sturdy.

The bottom bowl section is glass, with a rubber bottom for stability, and the top section is a nice feeling plastic.

We used this for onions, nuts, and carrots through a few tests and all were chopped brilliantly, with the spatula making it easy to remove all the food.

It was easy to clean and easy to assemble and disassemble too.

Good and handy product, quite easy to use and makes chopping much quicker however I found that it can make some vegetables very mushy even after a few seconds of chopping so just be aware of that!

Ok. Lets start with the positives.

The parts are small enough to almost be portable.

The fact that it can be charged using a USB cable makes it's versatile and perfect for travelling - e.g camping trips! It comes with various blades and is able to chop various food stuffs. It comes apart easily to be able to wash the vital components that keep it going.

The booklet gives you an idea of what you can chop in it.

So far I have tried. Onions. Carrots, garlic, herbs even cheese.

It comes with blades and also a grater.

So, my experience? Sadly not overly positive.

It serves a purpose and will chop your products and it will do it well. If you want to grate however it's Different kettle of fish. I tried grating carrots and I just pretty much ended up with mush! I then tried with cheese (even though it's not listed I thought I'd try) again. It just turned into crumbley bits in the bottom which was disappointing for a grater function.

I think half the problem is that the blades or fixtures appear to be plastic. Surely that doesn't achieve much? It doesn't it seems. Maybe its just me.

Now, functional aspects - you can only blend for 2-3 mins before having to let the motor cool down. This is listed in the instructions! Crazy considering what it's supposed to do. (Save tine ultimately?!) If you have a large quantity of stuff to chop it could take quite some time. Definitely longer than chopping by hand.

I cannot comment on the battery as I'm yet to reach the point of needing to charge it . I have used it 7/8 times now and power still seems willing so thats a positive.

I would have liked to have seen the design allowing all parts, blades etc to be stored within the glass canister. This would then stop you from potentially losing parts.

Besides this. It has it's positives and negatives as with any product.

Would I recommend it? Yes for travel or use every now and again.

No for every day use as it's just not efficient enough.
