      Minderwertige Qualität & schlechter Kundenservice

      Ich habe zwei Bilderrahmen bestellt, und einer ist auseinandergefallen, sobald ich ihn berührt habe. Ich habe den Rahmen am Aufhänger angehoben, aber das Metallteil hat sich vom Glas gelöst. Jetzt ist er komplett unbrauchbar (der Sinn eines Bilderrahmens ist schließlich, ihn aufzuhängen!), aber das Unternehmen erstattet mir kein Geld zurück und bietet nur 10 € Entschädigung an, weil sie meinen, man könne ihn trotzdem noch benutzen … Meidet dieses Unternehmen und ihre überteuerten Produkte von minderwertiger Qualität.
