      Terrible Mattress - Incredible Back pain after 1 n

      I ordered this mattress after research on spring count and composition. However this mattress is NOT what they advertised. Despite coming with a terrible smell of glue ( nothing natural) the main problem is that this mattress developed incredible back pain for both me and my partner and we are not able to use it. I have been trying to return this for over a week, however the supplier keeps refusing to pick it up because the packaging has been opened(I am returned it packaged). Now I'm left without a mattress and unable to get a refund. The La Redoute team has been nice trying to help, however i still can't return it and I would like a refund
