      Problem with the dole plate and it does leak water

      Not had this iron long it got a brown mark on the sole plate it hadn’t stuck to any ironing did everything in the book to clean it didn't work. I tried a none scratch spong with the green side it marked the sole plate now when I use it the brown marks come back. I have only ever bought Morphy Richards and had no problems don’t like the sole plate at all with this iron. My last iron lasted 10 year never a problem this iron only lasted about 12 week. Very disappointed.

The brown marks on the soleplate are usually caused by heat reacting with natural oils, starches, or detergent residues, and using abrasive materials can make them worse. We recommend cleaning the soleplate with a soft, damp cloth after it has cooled and avoiding abrasive cleaners. The green side of a dish sponge is abrasive and can scratch the coating, which can cause marks and residue to build up more easily and may affect ironing performance.       Poor

      Great iron up until now . I bought this in early September 2025 and it stopped working today, half way through my ironing . 😫 Troubleshooted but still nothing . Light comes on when plugged in, then goes off. No heat at all. Not a happy bunny .

      Good iron

      Enjoyed using the iron and did a good job on the creases. There’s a steam adjustment and also the temperature depending on what material you are using. I wish the cord was a little longer than what comes with this iron is the only negative point I can make.

      excellent iron, has a nice long cord , it heats up quick and is efficient with good amount of steam. love the auto switch off feature for safety. performs really well but is a little bit heavier than my last iron .
