      Beautiful light, arrived smashed.

      Delivery was really prompt, but sadly the excitement of receiving my order was dampened when I opened the box to find the pendant smashed. The packaging really isn't good enough for transporting ceramic or delicate materials. It is such a shame because the product looked lovely and was a good size. The cable and metal fittings looked really good quality. I've arranged a return, but now I'm worried that the remaining lights that I ordered will arrive broken too.
