      Delivery and communication issues!

      We placed our order on 31st March and expected this within 2-5 days, it arrived unannounced on the 15th April after numerous unresponsive emails and telephone calls, it was told to contact the delivery company but told La Redoute that this was their responsibility to update me and not for me to have to contact them, really disappointing and poor customer service
