    This KitchenAid Artisan 125 has 10 speeds to give you the precision you need for the job in hand. Just move the speed control lever and let the stand mixer take over. Choose from speed 1 for a gentle stir, up to 6 for beating and creaming, and 10 for fast whipping. In fact, you can get perfectly whipped cream in less than a minute(2). From mixing cake batter for baking to whipping up meringue or kneading dough, just select your accessory and speed and off you go! The tilt-head construction of this mixer makes things super easy. Just lock the bowl into place, pop in your chosen beater and lower the head. Slide the speed lever to start, it’s as simple as that! When you’ve finished, you can put the bowl, paddle (also called a flat beater) and dough hook in the top rack of the dishwasher and hand wash the whisk in warm soapy water. The accessories all fit neatly inside the bowl when your mixer is not being used. Job done. The most popular of our medium sized mixers, the KitchenAid 125 handles big or small batches of food with ease. So if you’re whipping up a quick dessert for one, or batch cooking for the freezer, this stand mixer has a sturdy stainless steel 4.8 L bowl that can take it all on.       Replacement Mixer

      I ordered the Kitchen Aid mixer as replacement for one that we had had for nearly twenty years. As it had served us well my wife and I readily decided to upgrade to newer machine. It joins our other Kitchen Aid products in our house and hopefully last just as long.

      I won this from Bon Mama competition. I love it. Everything fits neatly into place. Easy to use and smooth moving controls. It’s not as noisy as my Nans old machine. I bought a greater attachment, it’s simple to fit on and easy to use, no more hand grating cheese for me.

      Love the product, so easy to use and far less noisy than the Kenwood Mixer that was bought in 1947 it has replaced and not as heavy as I expected it to be. Will be buying more accessories as I go.
