Double Yours and Mine Dual Control Electric Blanket, white, SILENTNIGHT

Ideal for compromising couples, the Silentnight Yours & Mine Dual Control Electric Blanket helps to keep both of you cosy and warm over the colder months and can be controlled from each side of the bed. The soft fabric provides extra cosiness and warmth. The 3 heat settings allow you to choose a temperature that is just right for you.

The Silentnight Yours & Mine Electric Blanket is an energy efficient and affordable way to stay warm for less. Pre- heating your bed for 1 hour on a low heat setting costs from as little as 1p, so you can afford to cosy up night after night. As sleep experts we recommend turning off the appliance before falling asleep to regulate your core temperature for a less disturbed sleep.
Silentnight are the UK’s most trusted sleep brand with over 75 years’ experience in creating products for every type of sleeper.

      Great value for money

A good blanket but it seems to take a bit longer to warm up than our previous one (also Silentnight). The tape fastening is much easier than fiddly bits of string

      Perfect heat controls

Extremely pleased with this blanket. The dual heat controls are perfect for partners that prefer different heat settings.

      Uncomfortable design

Lovely electric blanket which heats well. But I can't understand why more customers haven't complained about the bulky plug unit which lies on the bed. It is just the wrong place for me, it digs into my arm or shoulder as I sleep fairly close to the edge of the bed. I have tried putting a folded towel over the top of the plug in unit to pad it but can still feel it. Does anyone else have this problem?

      Love the dual controls

I bought this to replace my old electric blanket. The dual controls are ideal as I prefer my side hotter than my husband.

The blanket was very easy to fit and the elastic straps have kept it from moving.

Especially like the fact the electric leads can be unclipped from the blanket.

Need to warm up my bed without burst water bottles

      Warm and cosy

Takes a little while to warm up, but this blanket is wonderful, and makes a huge difference on a cold, winter’s night.

Love this product, but it can be improved.

Super king size. Perfectly happy with it.

I want to point out that I appreciate the product design detail that allows you to turn off the blanket without having to open your eyes in the middle of the night. The remote has the 0 setting on both ends of the dial so all you have to do is push to the very end.

I think the product can be improved on two fronts:

      1. The hub where the electric wire meets the blanket is bulky and while avoidable, is a bit annoying.

      2. The horizontal straps are great! Why not add vertical ones as well?

      I recommend this product
