      I bought this morphy Richard iron in July and I am not happy with product because it only works on a high setting the steam doesn’t work when you put it on number 1 or 2 not happy at all

      With steam irons, steam can only be produced once the soleplate reaches a sufficiently high temperature. If the temperature dial is set to a low setting (such as 1 or 2), the iron will not be hot enough to generate steam. As outlined in the user manual, the dial needs to be set within the steam band (above the 2-dot setting) for the steam function to operate.

      Good iron but one missing feature

      Although the iron is good for removing stubborn creases I was disappointed that you are unable to steam at lower temperatures. It only steams at cotton and above which wasn't made clear on product information before purchasing

      Stream iron

      Nice iron. Easy to use. But for some reason the stream doesnt work when u set it on number 2. If you set the iron to 3 it works fine but not on 2. Sometime the setting on 3 is to high that you need to use 2 but the steam dont work

      I had a Morphy Richards iron that lasted 10 years, old age got it! I ordered a new iron that is lighter to handle but still gives the same quality press. Brilliant. Thankyou xxx
