So nice I had to buy it twice

I purchased this iron in 2021 and it lasted for 4 years. I never had an issue with it. It was spectacular; I had an expensive Phillips steam iron prior to purchasing this and I personally thought this was better. Obviously that was also partly due to the advancement in technology; the pressure bar, the automatic switch off, self scaling/cleaning. Once this broke down after four years, I tried switching to Phillips as it was on offer- it didn’t last (despite being under warranty- they fixed it and then when it broke down again they just refunded me!) I also tried two other cheap irons- they all broke down in a matter of months. If I’m honest, due to my financial situation, I went for the cheaper iron options but I have learnt that sometimes in life it pays to invest even if you get stretched so slightly. Rather than decreasing, the price value of this iron had increased and I can see why. It’s brilliant. I have piece of mind that I have a three year warranty and because i have had good experience of purchasing this before, I have piece of mind that it will last a few years.

      Powerful steam iron

Bought the cheaper model but returned it as the steam wasn’t powerful enough This one however is the model I had for over 5 years Cuts ironing in half. Excellent for vertical steaming clothes I put wet T-shirts on hangers to dry then vertical steaming them Great for bed clothes as you only need to iron one side as the steam goes right through. I would highly recommend this iron .

      wonderful bit of kit

It is a perfect instrument with the actual iron light to handle and the reservoir really large so refilling is rare

      Best steam iron.

This is my favourite steam generator. It is used almost daily. The controls are well placed giving instant steam for smooth surfaces. The auto descale is excellent, taking only a few minutes to complete.
