      New Iron

      Irons well, not too heavy to use & gets creases out with ease. As some other reviews suggest, it does need filling up quite often - but if you want steam you require water!

      Unsure about whether to return it or not.

      I am still trying to decide whether to return it. I plug it in and it doesn't warm up. Then the next time it does. I have checked the socket and it works for other appliances so not sure what is going on. Also it is very heavy.

      When it has warmed up it works well.

      Would give zero stars.

      This iron does not work. After a couple of attempts, it stopped working completely - plugged into power etc. but remains stone cold.

      I complained last Friday, it is now Wednesday and the only communication has been that if I contact them again - by any means - I will be returned to the back of the queue.

      I need an iron, now have to buy elsewhere and it certainly will not be a Morphy Richards model.

      Not great unfortunately

      The iron is super heavy and not enjoyable to use. The steam function doesn't work unless you hold the button the entire time. I do not recommend at all.

      Great iron with limited availability of spare part

      Recently purchased my second Turbostream 2800W iron of 2025 as the first one fell on the floor and cracked a plastic rear end cover that MR could not supply as a spare part. So whilst the iron is great and does a very good job the availability of a wider range of spare parts needs to be considered to allow items to berepaired and minimise customer expense and use of natural resources

      Better than expected

      Nice sturdy solid iron, quite heavy but i prefer a heavier iron, the steam boost is great for items like jeans and it glides over them...definatley worth every penny
