      Iron is excellent but being an OAP I find the base a little daunting. I can't fix the base it to my ironing board

      Good iron

      I bought this recently because I was fed up with the iron cord catching on the ironing board every time I picked it up. This Morphy Richard’s cordless is a god send! Put it on the charger every time you reposition your clothes - it only takes seconds to heat up again, so no different to putting it down on board! Irons well would definitely recommend

      Not fit for purpose.

      Doesn’t stay hot enough for long, which slows the whole ironing process, not withstanding as it cools so quickly water splurges out all over clothes. I wouldn’t go anywhere near purchasing this iron, has I known what I know now. Stay away

      I've not really had any problems with it!

      I've not had any problems with this iron! Except maybe small water leaks but I dropped it so I assumed I'd cracked the tank or something. You do have to work differently with a cordless - you need to put it back on the base in-between moving your items around. It heats up super-quick - I'd say if yours isn't hot enough you have a faulty one! My problem is I knocked it off the ironing board again (we have a slabbed floor in the conservatory where I use it for sewing) and now the base of the iron has broken - going to try Spares but otherwise will buy another one!

      Love this iron.

      Love this iron. Cordless is the only way to go for me. This iron reheats quickly when ironing most items but will take a little longer when ironing large items like duvet covers but that gives you time to readjust the item on your board.

      Easy charge iron

      I do lots of ironing and my 1st easy charge iron lasted over 3 years, when it packed in I phoned Murphy Richards and they offered me 30% off a new iron, and I am very happy with my new iron.
