• Our sleeping bags comply full with the regulations in force. To keep babies safe while they sleep, our sleeping bags feature a full zip fastening.
• To protect the well-being and safety of your child, all our sleeping bags are compliant with standard NF EN 16781 dated February 2020. The purpose of this safety standard is to ensure your baby is kept safe. It specifically relates to the width of the neck opening to prevent the risk of a child slipping down inside the sleeping bag and suffocating, and also relates to the thickness of the sleeping bag to prevent any risk of overheating (which is extremely dangerous for young babies), therefore the TOG rating must not be too high.
Therefore, our sleeping bags have now been designed to meet the requirements of this new safety standard. This is why you will be able to see that the neck openings are narrower than previously and also the padding is not as thick.
• A TOG rating is a laboratory test that indicates the thermal resistance of the sleeping bag and is rated from 1 to 10. The higher the TOG, the warmer the sleeping bag.
• Warning! Do not use if your child is able to stand up or get out of their cot.
• Warning! Do not use in conjunction with other items of bedding, for example a baby's duvet.
• OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Standard 100 certification by OEKO-TEX® tests textile products for harmful substances via an independent, international label.
