The First Gold Anti-allergy Foam Mattress uses the perfect combination of nature’s finest TENCEL™ fibres and Purotex® anti-allergy protection to guarantee a fresher, cleaner and healthier sleep environment for your baby. Purotex® is a revolutionary technology based on microcapsules filled with natural probiotics. These probiotics are 100% natural and organic. Tests and scientfic studies prove that Purotex® improves allergy symptoms by reducing house dust mite allergens by 93.7%, cat hair allergens by 92.8% and dog hair allergens by 66.7%. Let your baby wake up in a healthy bed. Each mattress has a moveable waterproof membrane. The membrane sits underneath the cover and on top of the mattress base between the layers, it allows you to protect the mattress inside without the need for a waterproof sheet allowing your baby/toddler to benefit from the Purotex® anti-allergy protection and keeps your mattress clean from bacteria. All covers are removable and washable, please follow washing instructions.

      As this product has yet to be used I have no idea. However, it looks as though it will be good. It certainly fits our existing cot which is a family heirloom nearly 70 years old.

      Great mattress!

      Updated my babies mattress for his cot & this one is absolutely perfect! I was a bit skeptical ordering one online that I had not seen or felt in person, but I have no complaints for this. The the memory foam top has a soft firmness to it & my little one sleeps soundly on it. All in all perfect. Thank you

      Terrible chemical smell

      The mattress smells of chemicals. Despite airing it out for a few days in another room, it still smells. I wouldn't sleep on it myself, so will certainly not put it in toddler's room. You can't return it once opened, so it's going straight to skip!
