      Fabulous toaster! So pleased with it. It looks amazing and performs amazing. I purchased alongside the kettle, and both are brilliant.

      Third Toaster

      Although I love Kitchenaid products, I'm disappointed that I've had 3 toasters in a row as each one had to be returned as there was a problem with each. Fortunately it was within the 2 year guarantee period. I probably won't buy another one.

      Seems well built and is easy to use.

      I like the way the bread is lowered into the toaster by a motor and then, when done, raises up gently. The bagel setting is useful to toast one side for bagels and English muffins. It is easy to adjust the browning level. My specific toaster is a little disappointing in that the toasting is not even (one side toasts a bit more than the other) on the left slot, perhaps a "balance" control could be considered to ensure even toasting. The slots are nice and deep and wide but they could be a bit longer for some breads such as "Pane Pugliese" (an excellent, if wide, toasting bread). Otherwise it appears very well built and is easy to use.

      One of my best birthday gifts ever!

      This is the ultimate toaster. It has a bagel setting which I use on a daily basis. If I don't take my toast, bagel etc. out straight away it takes it back down and keeps it warm till I'm ready. It looks gorgeous and extremely well made. It looks like it will last forever. The perfect setting for me is 3. Perfect brown on the inside only of my bagels.

      Amazing toaster

      At last I am able to toast bread just how I like it. The keep warm action needed. Which I've not had on any previous makes of toasters. One draw back is to warm croissants you need to purchase an extra rack. I have not done this as the toaster is very expensive and could not justify the extra cost. Perhaps they could let you choose either bun warming rack or sandwich toaster instead of just offering one.

      Despite that I'm very happy and looks great in my kitchen along side of kettle.

      Toaster is poor performance
