      Disappointing

The storage packs look robust in the photos but are very flimsy. They don’t work well unless they are completely full and get contents give them shape.

Response from La Redoute , 25/01/2024

      Hello,

We would like to thank you for your comment and are very sorry that this product did not meet your expectations.

This product is made from a soft material. If it is not filled, there are voids and it is therefore perfectly normal to see some deformation.

We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Please do not hesitate to contact our after-sales service to exchange your product if it does not suit you.

See you soon at La Redoute!

      Christophe, Assurance Qualité
