      Good BUT

      Real improvement even on top of a topflight latex mattress. HOWEVER, the top of the memory foam topper slips down every night/day by about 7+ cms even if the retaining bands are checked thoroughly. This is most uncomfortable as it results in my essential neck pillow moving! Any ides to improve?

      Comfortable but very hot.

      We bought this to replace our 10 year old Memory foam mattress but this one is soooo hot! My last one was fine but this new one is a lot warmer. It is comfortable to lie on but I certainly overheat so it is now on a spare bed and I am not using a topper. Not at comfortable but a lot cooler

      A superb topper

      We needed to replace our 10 year old Silentnight 5cm topper and wanted the same again. We found the service from Silentnight to be excellent. The price is very good, we received the topper within 48 hours of ordering it. It resumed it's shape out of the box within a few hours, with very little odour, which dissipated quickly. The topper now comes in a complete cover, not the fitted sheet type cover, which is much better. It is every bit as comfortable as the previous one, making for a much better night's sleep than without it. It doesn't move about all. I cannot recommend this enough if you have aching hips or shoulders.

      Lovely product

      Great value and very very comfortable. Score 4 out of 5. Missed out on a 5 as the securing corner elastic could be much stronger and tighter to hold the topper more in place.

      Self assembly required!

      This matress topper looks good quality but needs self assembly as the foam mattress and cover are separate when package opened. The zip around cover would only zip up on one of the three open sides after I inserted the foam mattress. I am using it with cover left open as I can not be bothered with the effort of asking for replacement.
