      Chevet esthétique mais très mauvaises finitions

      J'ai commandé le chevet Alessio et suis extrêmement déçu de la finition : plateau supérieur abîmé (n'est pas lié à l'emballage qui n'était pas abimé), et défauts au niveau de la peinture (voir photos). Malgré tout, étant pratique, j'ai décidé de renoncer au retour.

      Bonjour,

      Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes sincèrement désolés que ce produit n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes.

      Suite à votre avis, nous avons procédé à une vérification du produit dans notre stock. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de défauts de finition sur les parties visibles du chevet.

      Nous pensons alors que le produit a subi une avarie transport qui a abimé le revêtement du produit, notamment sur le plateau au vu de vos photos.

      Concernant les points de soudures, ils sont normaux et parfaitement invisibles lors de l’utilisation du produit car situés en bas de la niche de rangement. Du fait du design du produit, nous n’avions pas d’autres options pour effectuer le pliage du métal et lui donner le design escompté

      Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée.
