    The Silentnight Anti-snore pillow has been cleverly designed to help reduce snoring whilst providing luxurious comfort. Whilst this pillow doesn’t claim to cure your snoring completely, it pillow can help to reduce snoring, or your levels of snoring. It’s been tested by the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association who found the pillow reduced snoring frequency and volume by approximately 50%.

    Within the centre of the pillow is an ergonomically shaped foam core which has been designed to support your head and neck, keeping it at just the right position to improve your breathing. This in turn can help to reduce snoring. The foam is surrounded by DuPont™ Cotrano® hollowfibre, so the pillow is soft, but supportive and is ideal for people who sleep on their back or side. The outer fabric is crafted from a luxurious quilted microfibre which adds extra cushioning and comfort.

    At Silentnight we understand the importance of a good night’s sleep and we believe your pillow should be as unique as you. When choosing the right pillow you need to consider your dominant sleep position. For example people who sleep on their front require only a small amount of support from their pillow, so a soft and slim pillow is ideal for front sleepers.

    Back sleepers need a little more support, so a medium firmness is best suited. Finally, side sleepers require the most support from their pillow to help relieve pressure from the neck. If you sleep on your side you will feel more comfortable with a firmer pillow. Back and side sleepers may need to use more than one pillow to achieve the perfect level of support.

      Anti Snore Pillow

      I purchased this for my closest friend and unofficial unpaid carer as he snores. Although it was intended to be a Christmas gift when it arrived I gave it to him immediately.

      He finds it extremely comfortable and it has substantially reduced his snoring.

      Snore pillow

      Firm, comfortable pillow

      My partner used to snore but since sleeping on his side it's got a lot better. I got this pillow for him to give him a bit more comfort and support while sleeping on his side and he says it's so comfortable and his sleep is much more restful. It's quite firm but you sink into the pillow and it supports around your head. It's thick enough to use just the one pillow and have a decent night sleep.
