“To design the Kinoko lamp, I was inspired by the round shapes and colours of the '70s and wanted to give them a modern take. With its double nested mushroom-shaped sphere, which combines both transparency and opacity, it creates a soft and friendly atmosphere."

    One of the prettiest lamp I ever bought

    Looks very lovely when illuminated and very stylish, easy to assemble, UK plug. Wish it came with a light bulb though.

    Lovely cool retro style lamp

    Great lamp.

    Colour of glass shade a little paler than pictured, but looks lovely both illuminated and not. I chose a 1.8W LED 2700k bulb for a peachy glow. Easy to assemble. Not much room for a bulb - so I fitted a mini globe bulb which fits perfectly.

    Contrary to other reviewers - mine came with a UK adapter plug and the base is straight.

    The inside edges of the glass shades aren’t as well finished as I’d hoped but these are hidden under the washers that separate the metal base sections.

    Beautiful

    I was so excited to receive my lamp it was exactly what I had been looking for for some time however when I took it out the box I was disappointed to find it was a two pin plug and not useful to me living in UK. So unfortunately it had to be returned.

    Disappointing quality

    This lamp came with a 2 pin continental plug on, which I had to change. The metal stand was also not quite straight, but again, it was worth fixing because the colour was just what I wanted. After sending my complaint by email I was offered a refund on return of product but decided to keep it.

    Great design but poor quality

    I love the look of this lamp but unfortunately the quality is lacking. After reading other reviews which were very positive I think that mine may have not been sufficiently quality checked at the factory. The shade consists of two pieces of glass, one of which hasn’t been cut smoothly but is quite rough in one place. It’s not visible once the shade is assembled, which is why I decided to keep it regardless. Another thing is that that the stand isn’t completely straight. I played around with it and managed to adjust it to make it look a little better but it’s still not completely straight.

    Contrary to another review I read the lamp comes with a UK plug when ordered from the UK, which is handy. It also gives a lovely dim and atmospheric light. It’s without a doubt a nice object but mine hasn’t been manufactured to a high standard.

    Beautiful lights

    Really lovely pink light. Come up with continental plug which is a consideration if you’re in Ireland or UK. We have them in the bedroom and lovely subtle pink light but couldn’t imagine in a lounge.
