The delivery box arrived in reasonable condition, we opened it and it was well packaged, but the product came with defects that probably occurred before packaging. Marks on the upright, poorly installed slides and one of them was bent. The drawers are not aligned, and one of them does not slide properly. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after unpacking the product. After that, I had to put the furniture back in the huge box to request a refund. My suggestion is to require that the furniture be opened before the delivery person leaves so that the customer is not responsible for this entire process. After all, it wasn't a transport problem, the furniture was probably packed with these defects. Which was not pleasant to discover! I do not recommend! Unfortunately.
