Naga Fringed Wool Rug, multi-coloured, LA REDOUTE INTERIEURS

Rug arrived several weeks ago - within seconds of unrolling could see that the weave is ridiculously thick in places - looks odd and cheap. Soooo I spent more and ordered a different 3x2m rug - Wool Border range. Last week one arrived and this time THREE separate weaving faults - including high "tufts" and one small area with basiucally no pile.!!! 3rd rug arrived today and yet again as anticipated there is a very poor section of pile.

I specifically requested that the supplier check over the rug to avoid wasting my time and this has been ignored. So I call to complain on the customer services number and am told I will wait up to 72 hours for "the supplier" to come back with an answer. MY legal contract is with La Redoute NOT the supplier of the rug !!!

Never again shall I purchase for this crew as the quality is rubbish to date. I am almost £500 out of pocket until I get refunded for the rugs that have been taking up space in my house - some for quite a time.

Not happy and I will be progressing this to the max.

This is a wonderful, thick rug! It has very large, thick tassels which I wasn't expecting. They look great on wooden floors!

So pleased with this rug- it looks great, and is comfortable underfoot. It is just the right size as well.

Looks brilliant against my dark-wood floor and feels lovely under foot. Amazing value, speedy delivery.

I really like my new rug. It’s massive and looks brilliant in our living room. The quality doesn’t feel super high but at the price I don’t expect high high end.
