      Disappointing with misleading pictures

      The Mita 54cm Diameter Metal Lampshade was a disappointment. The product doesn’t match the pictures—its actual appearance is uneven, and it doesn’t sit straight once installed. There were also sharp bits of metal wire sticking out, which is unacceptable.

      It took so long to fit that I decided to leave it up rather than deal with the hassle of taking it down and rethinking my options. A word of caution: this shade is quite heavy, so ensure you use a sturdy ceiling rose. A cheap one won’t hold the weight. Overall, not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

      Statement light shades

      Great Shade

      Just as described & it looked online. The perfect statement piece for our recently decorated kitchen giving it a more modern look. Very heavy so need to ensure it's weight can be supported.

      Very heavy and large

      This is an attractive Indian made brass lampshade. Unfortunately it was too large for our room and so was returned. It is very heavy so the light fitting/pendent used needs to be substantial. A pendent is not supplied either. We did notice a few sharp areas where the finishing was not the best.

      Perfect lampshade

      I bought the black version of this a couple of weeks ago and I'm super pleased with it.

      Easy to install, looks great with the light off just as a feature of the room, and even better at night when it throws lovely shadows across the ceiling.
