    Care Advice
     •   Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.

      Beautiful quality rug

      This is my second version of this rug- I have one that’s 18 months old. the colours are beautiful and the quality is amazing for thee price. I have purchased the larger version for another room. It’s so thick and soft and has been cleaned with my carpet cleaner without any problems

      Lovely design but not the best quality

      We loved the design. The rug is not very heavy which means it moves about a bit. It sheds loads of fluff. Not sure when it will stop that….

      Gorgeous rug but expect lots of fluff

      Looks great, nice and soft but having to lint roll the kids everything they leave the house. Sure that will stop though. Would buy again

      Lovely rug but shedding

      It's a gorgeous rug, lovely colours and pattern but first of all the pile is not as soft and nice to touch as I imagined. It's actually quite rough, like an itchy woolly jumper type of thing. Secondly, and most annoyingly it's shedding like crazy. Me and my daughter like playing sitting on the floor but we can't do much of it as clothes get absolutely covered with white fibers. Furthermore, all our wooden floor has thin layer of the same rug fibers all over the room, even our TV is covered in it. Planning to return which is such a shame as it's a lovely looking rug. I bought a similar one from La Redoute a few years ago and we didn't have the same problem.
