      I was a bit dubious about a silk duvet helping to regulate body temperature. I get very hot when I sleep and have tried a variety of quilts with little success, but after some online research I decided to give it a try.

      This duvet is a game changer - no more sweaty nights. It feels heavier than expected, but it’s definitely much cooler than any summer duvet I’ve tried so far.

      Gorgeous quality at an excellent price for this type of duvet, lovely attention to detail with the piping and Brooke quality cotton covering - it’s a bit “crinkly” noise-wise but I didn’t find that a problem.

      Keeps me cool.

      I'm a woman of a certain age who wakes up regularly during the night feeling too hot. I bought this quilt as it's made from natural cooling materials and it was on sale with a further discount. The first night I had it on my bed with my new La radoute lyocell bedding I actually couldn't sleep because I was cold... I'm sleeping a lot better now and I no longer need to strip off to cool down! Would definitely recommend it if your looking for a more natural sleep.

      Very light and warm

      I bought the duvet last month. I live in a apartment with a decent heating and traditional duvets are usually too hot for us. This duvet is very light comfortable and does not make you all sweaty but is still warm.
