    The candles do not hold straight in the holes provided for this purpose. I will let you see one of the three candlesticks after use... The marks come off after rubbing very hard but it then scratches the glass. Clearly disappointed.

    Hello, We are sorry that this product did not meet your expectations. We have checked our stock and the products checked are of good quality. The diameter of the candles may be different depending on the brand you buy. If the diameter of the candles is too large, we recommend scraping the paraffin at the base of the candle to adjust the diameter of the candle to its receptacle. Also, from your photos, we can see that the product has been burned. There was contact between the flame and the candle holder. The flame then damaged the candle holder and the latter is not designed to resist flames but to support the candle. However, we apologize for the inconvenience. See you soon on La Redoute!
