Vortx Vizion 11L Dual Air Fryer - T17102, black, TOWER

Have had this unit for about 9 months (have just bought another for my gf) and it’s saved me so much time with cooking and washing up. I can do toast, crumpets (with a bit of experimentation) and easy meals in much less time than with a conventional oven. My only issue is that it tends to overheat when doing chips (Error code E1) but I don’t think that that issue is exclusive to this unit, and it’s easily solved by opening the door for half a minute and closing it again. Menus are easy to understand and in very happy with the unit overall.

The machine was good for one day then started making a horrible noise so had to return it.As I bought it through Amazon it had to be returned through them which slows the process down.

So far so good. The only drawback is the time/temp controls which are fiddly and often do not seem to work.Cooking on the set programs has been a great succes with everyting turning out perfectly.

I'm okay with my purchase but I find myself shouting at the air fryer as the placement of the start/stop button is just wrong for me. I keep pressing the on/off button every time after I've set the drawers to the temp and time needed I then turn it off instead of pressing start. I really feel the buttons are in the wrong locations and/or should be a different colour from the white light. It's made using the air fryer quite a disappointment. It seems to cook okay but I also think too much time has gone into the programmes and it's over complicated. Have considered returning it but might just keep it as a back up device for when hosting and get another device for regular use.

Very easy to use and cooks food a lot quicker. Quite noisy. Would also have been useful to have a removable partition similar to the Salter oven.

Best Air fryer I have had._x000D_ Cooks chips in the basket all over without even opening the door and shaking. And things like fish fingers don't disintegrate like in the past with shaking. The best for me is cheese on toast in 5 minutes, done perfect.

Absolutely brilliant we hardly ever use the oven cuts down on cooking time saves gas

Not impressed with the product. I use it but not too much.
