    Totally Different Color

    We bought it thinking it was an ecru item with some beige details. To our surprise this is not the case and the carpet is mottled gray, different from the images shown on the website. The quality of the item seems to be very good, but the experience of receiving something that has nothing to do with what you wanted is very disappointing. We weren't expecting it to be completely the same as the fibers can vary on the production line and the rug is ecru in color, but being mottled and gray it's not worth maintaining. It's to be returned.
