      My issue is communication not machine. I asked to be assisted with one with upright handle. Found service poor. I am a cancer patient and still can’t access one with handle

      I had a faulty product which was in fairness replaced but with another faulty product. It does not give me a confidence in the product at all. I will be staying away from this spot cleaner

      I ordered this so I could clean up the spots from a visiting male puppy, unfortunately my own dog had an upset tummy and had made an awful runny pile over nighr, which had been walked through leaving paw prints some of which was dry. I quickly unwrapped the machine, assembled and filled with water. I was astonished by the results, there was/is no sign of the accident or paw prints. Naturally I did a few other spots, the water was absolute filth, but very satisfying. I'm so happy with it and would highly recommend

      Really happy with the price and the discount I got from Tower for being a first time customer. The product has been really handy having three dogs. It’s quick and easy to set up and so far I’ve had no problems, used it twice.

      I purchased this cleaner after seeing it on an instagram post. This is a brilliant cleaner and had better results from this than a vax upright cleaner. It’s small, lightweight and excellent for stairs. Highly recommend this product and such an investment. Excellent price and delivery. Thank you
