    Seville Round Aluminium Garden Parasol 2.5m, light grey, SO'HOME

    The Seville Parasol is available in three sizes (2.5m, 3m and 3.5m) and all four colours including Anthracite, Luna Grey, Taupe and Olive. It features an easy-rotate crank and tension springs that ensure a smooth operation and keep the canopy taught. Its handy tilting system enables you to create the perfect shadow in your garden, patio or balcony.

    This Parasol should only be used with a 40kg parasol base or greater i.e. the So'Home Rome Black Granite Parasol Base with wheels 40kg (350240959).

      Not happy

      Ordered 2 items 27 May (5 to 7 days delivery). My account shows ‘prepared for despatch 27 May’ then one of the items was despatched 29 May and has arrived (Evri said they posted it through letterbox. It was actually chucked in front of our garage.) The other item still shows ‘prepared for despatch’. It’s now 3 June. Communicating with La Redoute is impossible. Their online chat says they’ll reply in 3 days. When you send a message you get a response that says they’ll reply in 5 days. You can’t cancel an order if it’s been ‘prepared for despatch’ so, clearly, they mark it as such to prevent you cancelling. Will never use them again.

      Hi Lynda, I am sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with your order and the difficulty you have had trying to contact us. I appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially as one item has arrived while the other remains at the ""Prepared for Despatch"" stage beyond the expected delivery timeframe.

      I have reviewed your comments and understand your concerns regarding the status of the second item. Please be assured that items can occasionally be despatched separately, which is why one item may have arrived before the other. However, as the second item has not progressed since the 27th of May, this is something that requires further investigation.       I bought this for my garden and nice sturdy parasol easy to put together and nice colour
