     •  The Paloum collection is a result of reactive enamel stoneware manufacturing.
     •  This technique involves the application of different enamels and oxides: Following a first firing, the craftsmen apply metal oxides to the pottery to create the desired effect. The pieces are then covered with an enamel glaze of a different colour, to bring out the metal flecking effect.
     •  The colour and rendering of the enamel is therefore dependent on the temperature of firing, baking time, the thickness of the enamel and how it is applied.
       •  This finish is entirely handcrafted, each piece is unique and will bring a unique touch to your table..

      Simply the best

      The quality of the plates are amazing I have shopped around and these are the best style, colour and are a good size and weight. The price is also better than top supermarket equivalents. I am delighted they will look super on Christmas Day

      Beautiful plates, worth every penny

      The plates are really beautiful and unique. I wanted ceramics plate that look artisanal and I was not disappointed. They are all different. I have the entire set for 2 years now and I just order some more to complete a 12 set. They are a little heavy but that what makes them a good quality and durable.

      Beautiful plates

      Have bought far too many plates from La Redoute during 2020 to make the dining at home experience at bit more special! These plates are a really nice size and the lip instead of a large rim allow you present your food nicely without overcrowding the plate. Equally nice for everyday dining and entertaining (whenever we can do that again!!)

      Nice natural, earthy colour (somewhere between a sage and mint green) and I like that they are all unique and vary ever so slightly in appearance.

      So disappointed

      I was so disappointed receiving these plates. I thought they would be gorgeous and was really looking forward to get them - the colour was not at all as on the website, quite a boring very very pale green and they looked cheap - I sent them back straight away.
