      this mask fits great on hand, that's really good because it can cover problematic areas well. I love that it's easy to use and also it really helped to reduce age signs on my hands, sunspots in the first place but also some wrinkles. Have to recommend it because it works good.

      Some improvements needed

      A nice product but two complaints: you need to pay too much just to unlock some treatment (I’m not interested in a warranty)and if you have multiple devices, you can only use the app for one device at a time.

      Subscription required to access some features

      I bought this only recently so cannot comment on the long-term effects / benefits of the treatments, although I found that there is slight improvement in appearance after a couple of uses. I think the design could be a lot better, the chain used to secure to the hand is flawed as it has round balls at the end to secure to the device. These constantly detach – I can only assume that this was not product tested prior to releasing the product. If it was a bar, similar to a paper tie then this would be resolved.

      The main issue is that in order to get the most from the device, you need to pay a subscription. Currently there are 3 treatments on the app, however 1 isnt available unless you subscribe. I find it very insulting that you pay a lot of money for a product which you can only fully get the benefits from if you pay an additional subscription. This would have put me off buying the product had I known this prior to purchase.

      Wrist strap useless, solve that pls

      I'm not sure whether it's made a difference after using it for some months however I'm continually trying to pop the strap bobbles back in as they continuously pop right out, it's infuriating. The bobbles need to be much bigger if they're to stay in the holes
