      Don’t waste your money

      I will not recommend anyone to buy this kettle. First one lasted 5 months and I got a replacement with my warranty. Second also only lasted 5 to 6 months and same problem with both. Water leaks from the bottom of the kettle.

      Do not buy, terrible quality

      I bought this a year ago and suddenly woke up the next day to water over my kitchen counter. We filled it up for just one cup as usual and noticed the water is just coming off the side. Looks nice and all but definitely terrible quality, I used to have a Russell Hobbs which lasted me years and I mean minimum 4years. Awful and for the price I expected more.

      3rd pyramid kettle purchased

      I hadn’t realised that it was the gold accents kettle I had ordered as I already have the rose gold kettle & toaster. The kettle is just over 2 yrs. old & has started to leak just like the previous one. So in short the kettle is not a great buy but I don’t want to replace both kettle & toaster. Really wish it had been possible to get rose gold!!

      Looks over practicality

      This kettle looks fabulous, it boils reasonably quickly and although not quiet it isn't too noisy to stop conversation when it is on.

      However it is difficult to fill particularly from a water filter jug and the gauge showing how much water is in the kettle is difficult to read.

      When just boiled take care when pouring as steam flows back and can scold your hand.

      not built to last

      Have had 2 of these kettles now and both leaked. both leaked from the level indicator.. and switch packed up on first one after only 2 years.. I have also had 2 matching toasters. sent the first one back for uneven toasting the replacement was only slightly better and 2 slots packed up after 18 months or so,

      The second time I’ve had this kettle with the matching toaster , my last kettle started to leak. Hope this one lasts longer. Quite expensive but looks very stylish
