      Compra nefasta

      Más allá de que el cabecero llegara con ligeras imperfecciones, el trato por parte de atención al cliente ha sido un calvario. Un mes esperando una respuesta, emails y teléfonos a los que no responden... Creo que no volveré a comprar en la Redoute por esto mismo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

      Da ich in den Kommentaren bzgl. des etwas unangenehmen Neu-Geruchs aufmerksam wurde, habe ich das Kopfteil ein paar Tage außerhalb des Schlafzimmers auslüften lassen. Danach war alles prima und es gibt keine Beeinträchtigungen beim Schlafen. Es ist tatsächlich recht schwer und man braucht schon 4 Hände zum Tragen. Die Schrauben und Dübel liegen zur Befestigung liegen nicht bei, aber ansonsten ist die Anbringung nicht kompliziert.

      Naar aanleiding van uw review hebben we onze producten opnieuw gecontroleerd op voorraad. De geur is normaal en niet schadelijk. Het is het resultaat van nieuwe materialen die in hun verpakking zijn opgesloten van de fabriek naar uw huis.

      De geur verdween na 72 uur ventileren van de kamers. We raden u daarom aan uw product beter te ventileren en verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak.
