Very powerful but very difficult to push along even on highest setting even though carpets and rugs are not thick deep pile. Very disappointed.

17/10/2023Very disappointing
I used this hoover once and the hose connection came away and could not be reattached. It appears to have been just glued in place and the glue failed. Sent it back for a refund. Worst hoover I’ve ever had.

Got this as a replacement for my old cleaner. Arrived with the handle to be put on ,found this to be a bit on the flimsy side, held in by one very small screw. The wheels on the rear tend to stop and find it difficult to push so have to resort to carrying it everywhere. Once the cleaner is in operation it tends to get stuck in the pile of my carpet, and again I have to lift the cleaner up or tilt back,I have tried adjustments on the dial above the cleaning heads but this either stops the suction on the floor. The other problem I have discovered is if you tilt the cleaner and it get stuck when you lift it the dust blows out of the cylinder. Sorry if it's not all good news.
