    This contemporary dining table channels industrial design with its angular steel frame and solid oak top. Suitable for 4/6 diners, it's part of our Hiba collection: a range of coordinated furniture, directly inspired by old industrial furniture. Fans of Warehouse chic will love its sober and resolutely on-trend lines.

      Doesn't match other Hiba Oak and Steel furniture

      It's just a table, it looks as pictured and is easy to build and sturdy.

      However it doesn't match my Hiba, Oak and Steel Metal Bookcase Desk. The wood pattern is a different colour entirely despite being made of a blend of pieces, so side by side it doesn't match. But worse than this, the wooden pieces that make up the surface are much bigger than the surface of the desk which has smaller lighter rectangles.

      That was the main reason to buy it, for consistency between furniture items, hence three stars. Otherwise, it's a lot to pay for just a table.

      Great table top

      Table top and legs look great. The screws and bolts to put the legs together and attach the table top were tricky and needed careful handling...def a two person good screwdriver job. Pilot holes for the table top would be a nice addition.

      Great design, poor execution

      The design of the table is perfect. It’s exactly what we were looking for. But the quality of the materials isn’t great. The wood is really poorly finished. There was a dig out of the side of the wood, but it was the better looking side of the two, so I have to sand and refinish. It’s just not good quality wood.

      Great value

      I bought this table in the sale and it arrived quickly, was packaged well and was simple to assemble, although agree with other reviewers that pre drilled holes would have made the process easier.

      The table is exactly as it appears in photos and is a great size to easily seat 6. Really happy with this purchase.

      Great table but hard to assemble

      The table is great looks wise and is exactly as pictured. But the wood top has no holes predrilled. The screws provided are sharp but with just a basic screwdriver they are hard to place and get flush. So this means when you're sitting at the table, you can easily get snagged on the screws. I wish there were some holes already provided.
