Nordic 20L Digital Microwave - SM22036L, grey, SWAN

I have the Swan Nodric Kettle and Toaster in grey, so I later ordered the microwave when it was in stock. Great microwave, works well. However, it is not the same colour as the kettle and toaster. Its more of a dark grey almost navy colour. I was gutted about this and checked to make sure I ordered the right colour, which I did. Either way, it looks nice on its own and works.

I’ve been using the Swan Nordic Digital Microwave and it’s a great addition to my kitchen, both in terms of style and practicality. The Scandinavian-inspired design looks really sleek on the worktop, and the neutral tones with wood-effect details make it feel a bit more premium than your average microwave.

In terms of performance, it does exactly what you need it to. The 800W power is perfect for everyday use whether I’m reheating leftovers, cooking ready meals or defrosting food straight from the freezer. The auto-cook settings are especially handy as they take the guesswork out of timings, which is ideal when you’re in a rush.

The 20L capacity is a good size for family use, and it easily fits a standard dinner plate. I also like that the turntable cooks food evenly no cold spots in the middle, which I’ve had with other microwaves before.

The controls are straightforward and the digital display is clear, making it really easy to use day-to-day. It’s a fuss-free appliance that just works without any complications.

If I had to be picky, I’d say it’s not the most powerful microwave for very heavy cooking, but for general daily use it’s more than enough.

Overall, it’s a reliable, stylish microwave that fits beautifully into a modern kitchen and makes everyday cooking quick and easy.
