      Good looking, poor performance

      It’s a good looking metal shade and arm from a far. Sadly, the mechanism design and construction is poor (somewhat expected at such an affordable price). The tightening screw fails to hold the lamp head up, allowing gravity and weight to tip it steadily down. No amount of tightening improved this. So I immediately packed it back up and arranged for a return. I wouldn’t recommend.

      Excellent service.

      I mistakenly bought two of these. Sent a message to customer services who got back to me, told me what to do and I received a refund within a week. Impressed. Love the lamp!!
