How to attach your hammock?

Ideally, the distance between the two attachment points should be at least 90% of the length of the hammock. We recommend hanging the two loops at the same height for greater comfort. On the other hand, attaching one loop to the ceiling and the other lower down allows you to sit in the hammock. A hammock that is too taut can make it difficult to sit in the diagonal position, which is the most comfortable.
