      For the price these are a decent trainer to go start running in. Yes these for my shorter runs. They are light and offer decent support.

      Such a pity

      As much as i liked the Gel-Excite 10 i did return them due to the design and material at the front of the trainer. I have had about 4 pairs of asics trainer and found them to be comfortable and supportive, but the Gel design gave me pressure on my big toe, not too much, but i sure overtime it would damage/split the material. Such a pity!

      GEL-EXCITE 10 are a must.

      After 10 years with my old running shoes I was getting pains and problems with my feet when running. So zi decided to buy the Gel-Excite 10. The cushioning is so good and the fabric top is perfect for the air flow around sweaty feet. As One of the cheaper trainers on the market I can recommend them as improving my running experience.
