This rug was a great price - good size and very soft and cozy while still looking very stylish.

One of the best looking rugs I've ever bought...and such a bargain price. Excellent. Looks like new, everytime it's hoovered. Impressed

We are normally really pleased with our LR orders but feel that the measurements listed and what we received with this rug and another we bought from LR were quite different to the measurements listed, even with the 5% allowance, for example the width of this rug was meant to be 135cm and it was only 127cm, 8cm difference. We tried to feed this back to customer services through the chat box but all they did was argue a tolerance of which our measurements were outside of this and told us that we could return it. Unfortunately, the measurements were important to us in our purchase and has just made us feel we have been “short changed” on the item and the chat box conversation hasn’t left us with a great impression. If they know that the weave is consistently tight making the rugs to publish a tolerance, review it and either adjust the marketed measurements to be more realistic or adjust production. Super disappointed. We will be returning the rug.

I bought this rug and returned it as the pile was very thin. Quality was not what I was expecting.

Bought this rug, such poor quality and workmanship, sending back straight away. Definitely not worth the reduced price, let alone the full price. Sorry but this is going straight back as looks nothing like the lovely rug advertised.

This looked a fairly thick pile in photos. Disappointed when it arrived (which took 4 weeks), thin under foot and not what I thought. Should have viewed pics more closely :( nice style and looks OK but not really what I was looking for esp considering the price, definitely cheaper options that look better out there.
